1General Terms & Conditions

Betjet (betjet.fun) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh and other authorized regions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betjet and all its members.

2Account Rules

Creating an account on betjet is a straightforward process — though there are rules in place to ensure the platform remains safe and fair for everyone.

Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must register with accurate and truthful information. Providing false details may result in account closure.
• No individual may hold more than one account. Only one account can be registered per mobile number or email address.
• If multiple family members use betjet from the same device or IP address, this must be reported to betjet.

KYC Verification

Betjet may verify a member's identity at any time. KYC verification may be mandatory for large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious account activity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the required documents are not provided.

Update Account Information

If any of your registered details change — such as your phone number or email — please notify betjet support as soon as possible. betjet is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3Payment Terms

Betjet's payment policies are transparent and member-friendly. Specific rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for Mobile Pay and Nagad; ৳500 for Rocket.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (Mobile Pay and Nagad); ৳25,000 (Rocket).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only make payments from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Payments made from another person's account may not be processed.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same number used to make the deposit.
• Standard members: 3–10 minutes; VIP: 1–3 minutes; High Rollers: 90 seconds.
• Betjet does not charge any withdrawal fees, though fees from mobile banking providers may apply.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

4Bonus Terms

Betjet's bonus program is designed to offer extra value to members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus on the first deposit is available to new members only.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 20x.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

Cashback & Reload Bonus

• Weekly cashback is paid out every Monday.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirement — they can be withdrawn directly.
• Reload bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the specific conditions are stated in each offer separately.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Attempting to claim bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in violation of bonus terms.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Using coordinated betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.

5Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules all members must follow when betting on betjet. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• With betjet's cashout feature, you can take out a partial win before the event is over.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, betjet reserves the right to void it.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds, betjet reserves the right to correct it.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet is generally refunded.
• Betjet reserves the right to void any bet if match fixing or irregular activity is suspected.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjet and will result in serious consequences:

• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using false or someone else's identity.
• Hacking or gaining unauthorized access to betjet software by any means.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using betjet for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Using betjet's name or logo without authorization.
• Match fixing or any form of unethical betting activity.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances at betjet's discretion.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Betjet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• By order of a court or legal authority.

Closing Your Account Voluntarily

To close your betjet account voluntarily, email support@betjet.fun or reach out via live chat. Please withdraw any available balance before requesting closure.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Betjet believes in responsible gaming. Betting is entertainment, not a problem. That's why betjet provides tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on your deposits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Odds Limits: Gameplay will automatically stop once you have lost a specified amount.
